Economy: First Class Mail
Standard: Priority Mail

The shipping methods we use deliver on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you have placed an order on Friday night or over the weekend, the post office will not process your order until the next business day.

Most orders (without exceptions) are processed within 24 business hours.

Depending on the shipping method you have selected, orders may take anywhere between 3 to 8 business days to deliver. The post office does not process or ship orders over the weekend, so please keep this in mind.

If you have incorrectly inputted your address and your order has not been shipped yet, you can contact us at [email protected], and we will further assist you. We do not offer refunds on any orders with incorrect spelling or addresses.

Once in a while, USPS tracking reports that orders were delivered before they are actually delivered. Please wait another business day to ensure that your package is not just running late. If your package is still missing, please contact USPS or your local package hub manager, depending on where you live, to inquire about your package. Unfortunately, once we have shipped out orders, it is USPS’s responsibility to deliver them.
