If your order has already shipped, unfortunately, we cannot make edits to your order. If you would like to make any edits to your order prior to it being shipped, however, send us an email at [email protected] and our customer care specialists will be able to assist you!

Orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday-Friday). Once your order has processed, you will receive your order in 2-7 business days depending on the shipping speed you selected at checkout.

An AVS (address verification system) mismatch is when the billing address provided does not match the one that is on file with the card. We accept gift cards from major issuing banks (Visa | Mastercard | Amex | Discover). By default, when a gift card is first activated, there is no billing address on file. For the gift card to be accepted with us, it must be registered with a full billing address (street name, city, state, and zip code).
